LEAF PICK UP TO START IN LOYALSOCK TOWNSHIP
Guidelines and dates for leaf pickup have been established by Loyalsock Township, and is set to start Monday, October 30th. According to the Township supervisors, leaves will be picked up by the leaf vacuum on township streets with curbs, and residents are asked to avoid parking in the street on leaf days and to leave a gap between the raked pile and the curt as to allow water to reach the storm drains. Please do not include branches or sticks in with the leaves or allow leaves to stay in the street for more than 1or 2 days. Those with a mulch key may take bagged leaves there – but do not let the bags remain behind. The four areas of the township have various pick up schedules.
